The staff provided an early check-in upon my arrival (much appreciated after travel). the room was upgraded, with complimentary snacks. the location offered proximity to the underground station and key attractions. the bed and linens were comfortable. I slept soundly.
the shower setup, while modern, made it challenging to avoid water spilling onto the bathroom floor (minor inconvenience).

the staff were very cute and professional. my room was beautifully appointed , it included a plush bed and high-quality linens. the location is fantastic , it is tucked away enough for peace , yet near great spots.
my room was on the 1st floor , a loading bay was right outside my window. i was woken several times by delivery noise , such as the doorbell and loud talking. the hotel only offered to move me next time , i will not be returning.
